Great Expectations Lobby Display

Our goal for this lobby display was to portray the inside of Pip's mind as he remembers the events of the play. Since this version of Great Expectations is a memory play, we wanted the lobby to reflect that. Artifacts from Pip’s past trigger his memories. The hanging pages are meant to imitate the hanging fabric in the set design. We also wanted audiences to engage with the idea of a memory play by writing and sharing their own memories within the space.
